HSS #103 Challenge

This week's challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments is Anything But A Card- Gift Items.

I saw one of these cuties made at the Leadership Convention a couple weeks ago and had to make one of my own. It is a cute container made with a strip of DSP attached to a button/brad container.  Then I added my ribbon and little tag and filled it with candy.

Here is a close up of the bottom so you can see the container.  I used a 3 1/2" x 9" strip of Twitterpated DSP and wrapped it around and adhered it with Sticky Strip.  So simple.  We made one of these at my last class.

Click here to see another fun project we made using the new Hearts Collection Framelits.

Ingredients:
Ink: Riding Hood Red, Basic Gray
Stamps: I Heart Hearts, Fabulous Phrases
Accessories:  Twitterpated DSP and mini buttons, Baja Breeze Seam Binding, White Bakers Twine, SU! Button Container

Happy Stamping,
Krista

Very clever! I have seen where they use the container to make a hat, etc. but not a taller container. TFS

Do I really have to say, SO SMART!! I love that you put your inspiration into action. :) I love the project and I have enough of those goofy containers to make them for ALL the teachers. :) Now I know why I hold on to them. :)
