Valentine Box Lid

This was requested by my demo friends on the Stampin' Connection....here is the lid. Cut the edges off so it makes a lid with a flap. ONce you score your box, you'll see how this will work.

Valentine Craft Night

I love Valentine's Day! I love the colors, the sweet treats, the love that fills the air, but it is also my husbands birthday. Boy does that teach me a lesson in unselfish attitude. I had to learn how to sacrifice MY Valentine's day for my husband. Well, my friends, it is worth it. Not only do I get to celebrate my hubby's special day, I get to wrap his birthday presents in pretty paper with hearts and glitter! WOO HOO!

I wanted to share with you two of the projects that we will be making at my house on February 1st. It is a cute little box with a 3D heart on top and the other is using the Bag With Scallops Die for the Big Shot.

If you would like to attend, contact me today to reserve your spot. Or visit my Stampin' Up! website for more information about my upcoming events.

Happy Stamping,

Vintage Gable Box...or is it?

Guess what....it's not a box that I bought from the craft store....it's a box that my lunch came in at the Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar a couple weeks ago. It didn't get dirty and I thought that it would be so cute if I added some bling to it. Here it is:

I used the Vinage Vogue Stamp Set and Jumbo Wheel. The colors are Mellow Moss, Perfect Plum and Very Vanilla. It was inspired by a card swap that I recieved at the Leadership Conference. I tell you what, I am loving all the ideas that I got from that trip. It was worth every penny I spent!!

Birthday Card Stamp A Stack

I love to share ideas, especially when I receive a card swap that I just love. 2 of my cards have been inspired by swaps that I got from the SU! Leadership Conference. The Build A Bear cards were inspired by my friend Kathy Thorn and the Happy Birthday with the Butterfly Embosslit was inspired by an unknown swapper. Don't you want to swap card ideas with other stampers? You should join my Stampin' Up! team and you can come with me to these super fun events!! Here are the 4 cards that we will be making at my house on January 22nd.

If you would like to host an in-home workshop at your house, contact me today to make these fun projects with your friends while earning FREE Stampin' Up! products.

I Heart Hearts Card

Okay, it's time to stamp! I just placed an order to prepare for my Birthday Card Stamp A Stack and for other upcoming events, including a Valentine's Day party night! This photo shows 2 cards. The one on the right is one that we will be working on this year. It will allow you, (the stamper) to learn 2 different stamping techniques. I learned how to put this one together at the Stampin' Up! Regional event this past Saturday. I can't wait to try out my new stamp sets and practice making the fabulous card! Visit my SU! website for more information on my upcoming events.

Leadership 2010

Leadership was so much fun! I also learned some fantastic business tips and of course we did lots of stamping. The swaps were incredible. These group of ladies sure went above and beyond for the swaps this year! I'll post pics of some of the swaps I got in a day or two. Here are some of my most memorable moments...

This is the Main Stage. Take a look at the handmade frames that match our images. Can you see the vintage brads that are holding back the curtains? Ahhh....the details.

You can see Shelli Gardner on the stage. I got a chance to meet her, too. She is such a nice woman and very approachable.

The next photos are of some of my favorite display boards. Look at all the new goodies! These are made with the new products from the Sale-a-bration mini. Guess what...you can earn these for FREE!!

I also had a great time with my roomies. The following is a picture of us at the Regional Seminar sporting our cute little black cardigan. Notice the flowers are made with the 1-1/4" Black Striped Grosgrain ribbon. So cute! I just had to have it!

Kallien from San Jose, Rachel (my upline) from Claremont, CA and ME!

At the Regional Seminar they did some door prizes and guess what...I WON!! This is me and my new stamp set called "Messages for Mom" LOVE IT!!

They challenged us to get back to the basics of our business and start doing workshops for hostesses and recruit new demonstrators. So....if you are interested in earning FREE products and/or a nice income, contact me today for more information.

I would love for you to join me at a major Stampin' Up! event. You won't want to miss these great opportunities to mingle with other stampers, learn new techniques and stamp...stamp...stamp!
