Black, White and Pink

A friend had asked me to create a project for her daughter's Birthday Party...a party for 9 year olds.  She wanted it to be something they could take home as a memento of the occasion.  The theme was Zebra print with hot pink.
I came up with this 6x6 page (it's actually 6"x12" folded in half so it would stand on display).  I needed it to be easy to duplicate, but still stick with the theme.  I'd have to say that I just LOVE the outcome.

I used the Blossom Punch for the flower and the Tasteful Trim die to make the wave.  I also used the 3 Layer Flower  punch and then added a pop of sparkle with the silver glimmer paper for the center of the flower.  This project was simple for the girls to do and my friend took a photo of each girl with her daughter and printed them up in black and white.  What a cute party favor/craft activity!!!!

This just so happens to fall perfectly into the theme challenge created by the fabulous ladies over at Stampin' Celebration.  Get on over there and check it out....they've got some super cute ideas for inspiration!!

Happy Stamping,
Krista
