Color Blocking

Join us for a fun technique challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments.  I really like this idea....you can't go wrong or make this crooked...it's just a block of color over a fill in type of stamp.  How easy is that?!

I decided to make a digital page...a special one for my sister.  We celebrated her life/birthday about a month ago.  The back story is that she was struck by a car 9 months ago when she was crossing the street.  She was badly injured and had a long recovery.  But with the help of her loving family she is walking and almost 100% recovered.  God was sure looking out for her and spared her life!!  He has BIG plans for her!!
So this year we celebrated her life on her birthday.

Colors:  Cajun Craze, Basic Gray, Basic Black, Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise
Stamps:  Boho Blossoms, Calendar Cues

Happy Stamping,
Krista

First off you and your sister could be twins! You guys are gorgeous! I'm very happy that she's recovered so well! I'm sure you were there for her every step of the way! I love the colors you used on the page, they compliment the picture very well without taking over! Hugs to you and your sister (and your adorable boys)!
