So, I get to go to Phoenix, AZ for the Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference. I am getting excited. I hear that the swaps there are pretty good and so I decided to participate. Here is a picture of the card that I will be swapping. It is using ALL NEW products from the 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog. Contact me today to get your copy!

Ho Ho Ho
You gotta have one visit a year to the big guy...well, my friends, we did! Thankfully the boys BOTH asked for the item that Santa will be bringing them this year. PHEW! Good thing....it's way too close to Christmas to go shopping, uh, I mean ask Santa to change the wish list. Hehehe!

Christmas Treat Bag
I whipped up these goodie bags for my friends at MOPS. The Ghiradelli Chocolate is a larger version of what you normally get in a bag of them. They were available at the front of the Target store with the other candies. Fortunately they fit right into our small cello bags. COOL! I used the Top Note die cut and the Sweet Season stamp set.

Gift Card Holders Part 2
Here are the other type of gift card holders that I made for the craft fair. It is a strip of 4 1/4" x 11" sheet of cardstock. Score it at 3", 5 1/2" and 8"...fold into a "W" tape the base of the "W". Then using the word window punch 2 times and then the circle punch to make a tab to pull the gift card out. Super easy and super cute!

Gift Card Holders Part 1
Here are some photos of the cutie gift card holders that I made this year to sell at the boutique and craft fairs. I sold out at both events! These are relatively easy to make thanks to the Big Shot die cut called "Top Note" That guy is the best. :)
The designer papers that I used are retired, bummer, but we carry so many other lovely papers that are in the current catalog.

Our Christmas Card
I have been working on these cards for about 4 months...whenever I had a free moment I was doing some part of this. I ended up making 85 cards this year! WOW!! If you didn't get one, I apologize, it's been a busy season and I hope you know that we do love and care about you all!
Please take notice of the embossing on the background. Isn't it great?!
This is the inside:
The photo that I attached on the inside was created by me! Not shutterfly or Costco! I used the Stampin' Up! My Digital Studio. This was my first project with the program. It was lots of fun, but I'll get better once I fine tune my style. I hope you like it!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Love, The Jensen's

My Stamper Room
Okay....it's kind of cluttery, but I like to have everything at arms length. When I first moved into this room, all I had was a folding table, about 10 stamp sets and a box of ink pads. Boy, it's gotten really crowded in there now! I keep buying more and more things....I have to stop. *wink wink*
This is my getaway...I love the colors and the coziness of the room. But, I have to say, that getting the TV with the DVR accessible to it is so nice. Now I can catch up on old recorded shows while stamping. How great is that?
Happy Stamping!

March and April....
Here is a picture of the next 2 months.
I have to say, after the announcement of not doing the scrapbook calendars next year, I got some people a little upset. Everyone LOVES the look of a REAL scrapbook page....nothing beats it. I still haven't seen a digital page in person, but I have seen it online. I have to say it looks pretty real. You can add shadows for depth, layers and so many embellishments that look totally real to me. So...don't be disappointed just yet, I'll make a digital one for myself and we'll see what happens. :)

Scrabook Calendar-January and February
Here it is....my annual scrapbook calendar. You know, I never realized how much time is consumed by designing, preparing and assembling kits for these scrapbook calendars. I started to keep track this year and boy was I blown away. I'm not complaining, because I just LOVE the way they turn out. But I have to say, I am SO GLAD that we now have the Stampin' Up! My Digital Studio. Next year I will not be doing scrapbook calendars....please don't be mad at me, I know how much you love them, but I will be making digital calendars. You can email me the pictures and I'll do the rest. It's gonna save me so much time so I can work on other really great projects for all of you! Thankfully the digital studio uses ONLY SU! products including retired stamp sets, retired in colors and so many wonderful embellishments and designer papers! I can't wait to get mine...should be here tomorrow. :)
Happy Stamping,

Crystal Lite Pockets
(I know this pic is lop sided, sorry about that.) Okay people...I made 600 of these....yes....600!! In only 2 months! They are little pockets that you hang on a water bottle and you put one of those single packets of crystal lite drink mix. I made these for the Irvine Company. They will be in the welcome basket for the new tenants. On to the next project....Christmas stuff!

Dancing With the Stars
Okay, so I'm not a huge fan of the show, but I have to say seeing it live and in person it was a beautiful show. The costumes are gorgeous and so are the dancers wearing them. We didn't look so bad ourselves. This is out by the fountain at the Grove in Los Angeles after seeing the show being taped (well, actually it's live on the East Coast). My dress was a huge hit...I got plenty of compliments. Thanks again to my friend Marisa for loaning it to me! I'll be posting some pics of this year's scrap calendar later on this week.

Halloween Door Decor
This is a Decor Elements Vinyl applique on a frame. I change the paper behind it every month. The card is actually one that I got at a swap from the last demonstrator meeting that I went to. Isn't it so cute. To learn more about decor elements click here.

Preschool For the Boys
This is Tyler in front of the school. He looks so handsome...and so cool!!
This is Luke with his cool "sunny's" on. Doesn't he look so grown up?!?!?!
I can't believe how quickly time flies!! Luke and Tyler started preschool on September 1st. They are going 2 days a week and have loved it so far. Tyler went as far as to say that school is his favorite place to go. I didn't cry, neither did they. I just got a little lump in throat.
Above are pictures of the boys on the first day. OKAY...SO, IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO EDIT AND MOVE PHOTOS WHEN POSTING THESE BLOGS...I NEED HELP!! NOTICE THE 2 PICTURES OF THE LITTLE BACKPACK??? HOW CAN I ERASE ONE OF THEM?????
Here are photos of the mini-backpacks that I made for their teacher and the aid. I put a little purse size hand sanitizer in it...the staple of this time of year! It is the "Bag with scallop" Sizzix Die Cut that I cut out with the Big Shot Machine. It's so cute and so easy!

Aloha...
It's been over 2 weeks since I returned from Hawaii. I can't believe how quickly time flies, especially when you come home and get so busy with life. It was a great trip! I made myself relax and not plan ANYTHING! I need to do that every now and then so that way I refocus on what is most important. Looking around at all of the things that God has blessed me with including a wonderful husband, two great kids, a home and all of life's necessities. WOW! Thank you God for everything...just typing that brings a tear to my eye! God is so good!!! Here are a few pictures from our fantastic vacation to the island of Kauai!
I promise to post at least 2 or more times a week. My next post will be some of the projects I have been working on lately. Lots of good stuff!! :)

It's Scrapbook Calendar Time!!!
(By the way...these photos are from last year's calendar.)
It's time to place your orders for the annual scrapbook calendar.
This year I will need all orders by
August 25th.
Kits are available for you to assemble them at home.
OR
The party for Jan.-June is tentatively scheduled for September 20th in the afternoon and the July-Dec. date will be determined at the first meeting and will be for sometime in October.
So...when you place your order I'll need to know these things:
-How many will you be making?
-Do you want a kit or do you plan to attend the party?
The cost for each calendar is $25. You will get a discount if you order 3 or more. Don't forget you'll need to provide your own adhesive for the project.
