Display Board Amazing Birthday Bag

I am so excited...so, SO excited to share with you all of the projects I made for the Stampin' Up! Display Boards at the Convention this year. The first project I am going to share is an altered gift bag.

I used the Amazing Birthday stamp set and the colors are Blackberry Bliss, Very Vanilla and of course, lots of gold.  I measured the front of the bag and cut the cardstock to fit.  I stamped and cut the banners then added a strip of Blackberry ribbon and tucked it behind the cardstock.  I adhered the cardstock to the front of the bag with Tombo Mono Liquid Glue.  I blinged it up with a strip of gold sequins.  The tag is just stamped with Blackberry Bliss on Very Vanilla and I used the tag topper punch for the top of it.  I took the gold bakers twine and tied on some gold sequins, Blackberry stitched satin and vanilla seam binding ribbon.  Easy, easy  project, but looks so beautiful!!

Here's a photo of the whole gang!  I am SO truly honored to be a part of this with these awesome ladies and very talented artists!!

See....it's all for real!  I am still coming off of all of the excitement.  I hope you enjoy all of the goodies we share.  Please make sure you check out all of the gorgeous projects!!

Bee Happy With Sweet Stuff

The summer so far has been SO busy...road trip, amusement park, beach trips, sleeping in, late movies and so much more. But it's over now...year around school in our area forced us to start on July 7th.  Back at it.

But I get to go to the Stampin' Up! Convention this year.  It starts on Wednesday evening and I can't wait to share with you guys....ALL OF THE FUN!!

Join us this week at Stampin' Celebration too for a sketch challenge.  Here is my card:

I used the set called Sweet Stuff.  It has some SUPER CUTE images.  I used Razzleberry Ripple and Daffodil Delight with Whisper White of course.  Triangles Embossing Folder, some cotton ribbon and here you have it.

Here is the sketch....join us at Stampin' Celebration!!

Awesome Card Sketch

Bright colors are so popular right now.  Nothing looks cooler and more like summer than Tempting Turquoise and Pumpkin Pie. I got to create this sketch and I think it has a lot of possibilities....I decided to go simple with it.

I used the Sweet Taffy DSP and the stamp is from the set called Yipee-Skipee.  Added some tiny stars from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack....a cute button, some twine and viola!

Get on over to Hand Stamped Sentiments and play along.  You will be inspired by some cool DT projects too!

Fry Box With Sweet Stuff

What a cute party favor, right? SUPER EASY, too!  Thanks Stampin' Up! for the cutest little die cut!

The color of the box is Strawberry Slush.  I used the Sweet Stuff stamp set and topped with the Dazzling Diamonds paper flowers.  Cute. Simple. Fun.

Rainbow Brite Amazing Birthday

I had some scraps laying around and came up with this little cute card.  Super simple with a lot of color!  I inked the stamp with different color markers...huffed on it...then stamped it.  I added some Sweet Taffy DSP and there you have it.

Happy Birthday Cutie

I'm trying to be better about blogging all that I make.  I have SO many things I haven't showed you in the past, but it's about time I share all the fun I have.  :)  This card is for my friend that ordered cards for her daughters to give to their friends.  Her daughters dance, so I thought this image from the "Sweet Stuff" stamp set was perfect.

For the background I used the Sweet Taffy DSP.  The colors on the card are Smoky Slate, Melon Mambo and Whisper White.  I added some rhinestones for the bling and there you have it!

Vintage Traveler Train

I bought a few new sets from the catalog and this is a stamp from one of them.  The set is called "Traveler".  It's a nice vintage set that I will use to make some masculine cards.  Can't have enough of those, right?  You never do.

I also used the new DSP called Typeset for the background and the little strips under the greeting banner.  Topped off the card with a Vintage button and a little black button.  There you have it!
